Rise Amherst is my go to dispensary, even when i’m living two hours away. The service is incredible. Every person who works here is knowledgeable, kind, and is invested in you getting in and out with the product you want, at a price you like. The prices are very competitive, and there always seems to be some kind of sale to sweeten the deal. I’d name individual budtenders that have been especially helpful, but each time i get really incredible service no matter what.

Love Rise and all of their employees. Their new customer discounts and rewards program are better than any I’ve found in the area. Kathryn has helped me a few of the times I’ve been there and she has always been nothing but incredibly sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re a med patient :)

Kathryn provided superb service and is a gem. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me to save money (atm fee vs debit card). Kathryn keeps me smiling even through tech issues. Give this woman a raise! I’ll definitely be back.

Jeramy is by far a very knowledgeable person and he is kind too. Catherine is also one of your best bud tenders. I can’t always remember all the names but all your staff is so amazing. I love that you have many specials on sale too. Rose is my go to dispensary because of your staff. Keep up the great work Jeramy and Catherine

Considering how close this location is from my house, RISE was the first medical dispensary I went to as soon as I printed out my temporary card at Staples. I love how much parking is available! I'm still figuring out the vibe with the entrance specifically (do I need to flash my medical card or can I just smile and present it inside?) as someone inside has to let you in. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kathryn on two separate occasions -- during my initial experience and now my 2nd visit. Kathryn was extremely sociable and friendly; she walked me through using the big menu touchscreen and gave me suggestions based on what I was looking for. She helped me register for their rewards and made sure my vape order matched what type of pen I had. I also got a tote bag! It was a lovely experience! I ordered through the website on my second visit, but I had the flexibility of adding things to my order in person before paying for it. Kathryn met me at the door with a big smile and was super helpful in helping me find a particular strain on their menu. Kai was super friendly and chill! She was happy to answer a few more questions I had about rewards and such. Overall, I had a great experience and looking forward to visiting again! Thanks for the good vibes every time!! 😁😁

I'm so happy I came across this dispensary while searching for deals, like we all do lol. I got not only great products and deals but the customer service is AMAZING, from when i was greeted by Lia and waited on by Cat. Def worth the 30 minute drive from my house and I will be a regular!

Just went to Rise for the first time and had the best experience ! Kathryn was super helpful and told me about all of the great deals that Rise has going on. She’s super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming back soon!
